Shipping Policy

• Free standard shipping on all orders!
• Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. You'll receive a tracking number to let you know when your package(s) will arrive.  Items typically arrive within 3-7 business days, though actual transit times may vary.
• 2-Day/Expedited Shipping: Select the “Expedited Two Day Shipping” shipping option at checkout for delivery within 2 days. Note - you will need to enter your address for this option to appear. If your order is placed after 2:00PM, it will ship the next business day. Please note: the expedited shipping option is only available Monday-Thursday and on non-holidays to ensure proper delivery of your order. It is not available Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Items ordered at the same time may not always ship together, depending on product availability, but the number of shipments that you receive will not affect your delivery charge.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.  If you do not see your confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Discount cannot be applied to orders placed before or after valid dates.

Return Policy

• All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.  Due to the personal nature of these items, breast pump parts and accessories must be returned unused and unopened, with the factory seal and packaging intact.

• We do not accept returns on breast pumps, but your pump is subject to its included warranty. For more information please visit our warranty information page here.

• Due to the sensitive nature of some products, we cannot accept returns for our maternity compression socks, postpartum garments, hands-free pumping bra, maternity support bands, pregnancy support leggings and shorts. Please consult our detailed sizing chart or consult our customer service team before placing your orders.

• Bundles and Promotional purchases are not eligible for partial refunds.  For a full refund, all items must be included in their original condition, unused and unopened, with the factory seal and packaging intact, within 45 days of purchase.

• All returns need a Return Authorization # to be accepted. To obtain a return authorization # contact customer service.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, with limited exceptions due to damage or incorrect items.

• Motif Gift Cards are non refundable. Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at motifmedical.com. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.  Redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.

• Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds once refund has been processed.
