Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders!

• All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order.You'll receive a tracking number to let you know when your package(s) will arrive. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

• Items typically arrive within 3-7 business days, though actual transit times may vary.

• Items ordered at the same time may not always ship together, depending on product availability, but the number of shipments that you receive will not affect your delivery charge.

Promotions

• Only valid on motifmedical.com; Percentage discount offers are nt valid on bundles and sets. Fixed ammount discount off cart offers recived via email are not valid on bundles & sets. Does not apply to Amazon or other third party sellers. Only one-time usage per customer order. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Discount cannot be applied to orders placed before or after valid dates.

Return Policy

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, with limited exceptions due to damage or incorrect items.

•  Due to the sensitive nature of some products, we cannot accept returns for our maternity compression socks, postpartum garments, hands-free pumping bra, maternity support bands, pregnancy support leggings and shorts. Please consult our detailed sizing chart or consult our customer service team before placing your orders.

• We do not accept returns on breast pumps, but your pump is subject to it’s included warranty. Please register your pump and contact customer service. For more information please visit our warranty information page here.

• All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, in the original condition, and with packaging intact. 

• Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. 

• All returns need a Return Authorization # to be accepted. To obtain a return authorization # contact customer service.

• Note that any returns on bundle, gift sets or kits must be returned in full. We cannot accept returns on individual products within a bundle.
• Motif Gift Cards are non refundable. Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at motifmedical.com. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit.  Redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card.
